Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage the financial health of our business. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, handle day-to-day bookkeeping, and provide strategic financial insights to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee tax filings (BIR compliance) and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets, and cost controls to support company growth.
• Handle inventory cost tracking and provide insights for inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial recommendations and reports.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in inventory management or retail accounting is a plus.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
