Supplier Development Coordinator-Remote

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support our operations and sales teams by identifying and qualifying new suppliers to join our supply chain. This role will be the main point of contact for suppliers during the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our purchasing processes and terms. You will build strong relationships with suppliers while maintaining and updating inventory and supplier-related data across platforms. Additionally, you will assist in data integrity tasks to ensure accurate supplier information. To succeed, you should be outgoing, comfortable with phone sales, adaptable, and customer-focused. Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork are key.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers who best meet established business criteria.
  • Call suppliers to onboard them into our platform and get required business information.
  • Initiate and develop professional relationships with supply partners to ensure optimal response to their and our needs.
  • Collect and maintain inventory information across platforms.
  • Ensure suppliers understand our purchasing processes and the terms and conditions of our business.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity for all supplier related information.
Must Have Requirements
  • 3 years of experience of building relationship with suppliers, sales and understanding of purchasing process and terms.
  • Should be amenable working in US Time zone.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Comfortable with outbound phone communications.
  • Customer focused and able to take initiative.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
  • Experience in business sales, supply chain, data management, or related field.
  • Experience with Hub Spot.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
