Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of In House Talents schedule arrangement, recruitment, image building, social media & content, and all aspects of talent development and management
• Create and execute plans for on camera talents with regards to image building, training and other activities
• Lead recruitment of new on camera talents
• Oversee social media content of talents
• Deal with third party groups or agencies that will help execute the plans
• Provide strategy to improve the existing and upcoming talent roster
• Provide industry updates and areas for improvements
• Work well with internal and external departments

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of experience in camera talent management in an agency, TV network, or similar organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational skills
• A problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
