- Being part of the suppliers' selection process (affiliated car companies) to ensure smooth operation as business required.
- Allocate vehicle routes to each supplier on new open routes. To respond to business plans, customer demands, and requirements in time.
- Follow up, assess, and evaluate the performance of suppliers.
- Coordinate and build relationships with an affiliated company (Supplier) – including regularly visiting and overseeing the operations site.
- Organize and keep track of a warning letter for the Supplier when agreements or regulations are disobeyed. Manage and control of contracts and services for Suppliers.
- Support, advise, and give training to subordinates. Ensure the understanding, efficiency, and effectiveness of work detail and process to be able to support the organization to achieve the best goals.
- Bachelor's degree in any course.
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Procurement.
- Preferably with Logistic experience (Truck Management).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work on 6-day schedule and willing to do business trips.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
