Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a warehouse and yard.
• Administer planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of workforce and other resources within warehouse and yard.
• Enforce business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicate in regular basis with other managers and other designated contacts within the organization.
• Manage preparation and maintenance of necessary reports to carry out the functions of the department.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
• Evaluate performance of staff as well as provide feedback.
• Coordinate, plan, schedule, and follow up all construction related concern with other department; Prepare weekly attendance and payroll for construction prior to reporting to the General Manager.
• Submit Warehouse summary report to immediate head.
• Prepare memos, instruction for the yard security.
• Performs other duties and projects that the immediate supervisor may assign.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of any four (4) year course.
• With at least eight (8) years of management, leadership and work-related experience is preferred.
• With above average computer skills and knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience on warehousing.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• With excellent organizational skills and keen on detail.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
