Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Australia Time
Compensation Range: US$1,500 - US$1,800

About the Role
As the Web Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to assist the Web Project Manager overseeing together e Commerce and Lead Generation website projects, from quoting and conceptualisation all the way through to deployment. Alongside your team of designers, frontend and backend developers, to ensure that client’s expectations are set and met, while keeping the project within timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:

Participating in client meetings to understand initial project scopes, using Monday.com to create project plans and timelines, and cost estimates / project quotations.
Grasping client objectives and ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon outcomes within budget.
Cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships, fostering trust, and setting clear and realistic expectations.
Guide our team of designers and developers to deliver aesthetically pleasing, functional, optimised, and high-quality websites.
Providing timely project updates as needed to the client and ensuring project milestones are achieved when required.
Documenting website development processes and procedures
Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.
Be the main point of contact for all web related issues and enquiries for web retainer clients
Maintain the teams ad hoc task board and all project boards to ensure clear communication between the web team, and the account management team
Monitor the performance of the company’s website to ensure it operates optimally

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience specific to building websites, with preference given to those with agency experience
Proficiency in utilising project management tools for efficient team and project management.
Experience in Monday.com and Hubspot, ideally preferred
Basic understanding of web development and UI/UX principles
A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, the development process, and content management systems
Preferred experience with Word Press, Shopify, Webflow, Figma, and other common CMS platforms
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, to influence internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management and organisational skills & ability to prioritise effectively
The ability to refine existing processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
Ability to solve complex problems based on technical knowledge but also understanding of clients’ business challenges and circumstances
A desire to learn about the clients’ business and competitor activity

Nice to Have:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
Knowledge of web performance optimization and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script.
