What you can expect

This role is a hybrid position, where you will work as part of an international team of 8 people collaborating on a wide variety of exciting projects. You will serve as a key resource by supporting a product team managing upstream product development for our Bracing & Vascular portfolio. With on-the-job mentoring and support from the marketing team, as you grow and gain more expertise you will become accountable for the administrative project management side of the product development process. We are looking for someone who can assist the product management team (new product introduction, rationalization, updating collateral, consolidating forecast).

What you'll do

Support product lifecycle management. Maintain and manage IFUs, packaging and product related support materials as well as updates and translations, consolidate forecast;
Manage the Agile PLM (product lifecycle management) activities: maintain up to date information, document change, technical specification for packaging and IFUs, create Part Numbers, New Part Form, review, and approval process (initiate and track signs-off). Ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible and that deadlines are met;
Support and implement the development of product literature, IFUs, technical information, and training materials of all types;
Literature management updating or making obsolete;
Support intranet and website updates (content changes);
Support with various administrative activities (arranging meetings, developing presentations and reports).

What you'll need

English (C1);
Knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM software will be beneficial;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office;
Organizational skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed documentation;
Build excellent working relationship to attain goals;
Ability to multitasking and to organize efficiently with good time management;
Effective & collaborative team player;
Self-motivated, confident, and creative;
Technical writing & Graphic skills are an advantage.
