German Speaking IT Support Agent for the Software in Portugal, Home Office

A Technical Support Specialist with German language proficiency to work 100% remotely from home.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and support to corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies on technical inquiries.
- Handling customer interactions via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email, in both German and English.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with IT administrators, IT managers, and other employees at partner companies.
- Identifying process improvements and forwarding relevant feedback to other teams.
- Addressing technical inquiries related to software such as Intune, Teams, Share Point, Office 365, and system administration.
- Native-level written and verbal communication skills in German.
- B2/C1 level proficiency in English.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
- Basic knowledge of the above-mentioned software and experience in technical support or system administration are necessary for this position.
- 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension and permanent employment after 2 years.
- A company-provided computer for work.
- A €3,000 sign-on bonus if you decide to join!
- 14 salary payments per year.
- Work from home with all necessary equipment provided.
