We are looking for a talented and visionary Creative Lead to join our team and drive our creative projects to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure all deliverables are innovative and of high quality.
• Develop and oversee creative campaigns in both Arabic and English across various media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive creative vision.
• Drive innovation and establish the creative direction for the brand.
• Monitor project timelines and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Locally Available in Qatar with valid QID
• Can join immediately
