Senior Service Manager

- Support with Service Design & Development activities according to the Allianz’s standards, rules and practices (Service Blueprint, Operating model, governance structure, business case and others)
- Lead and manage services through design and run phase ensuring adherence to timelines, tight deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support for contract management activities: contract creation, contract reviews, creation of contract amendments and service description.
- Reporting project specific information to various stakeholders:
- Regular project reporting covering topics such as achievements, risks, issues, impediments, decisions, financials & team capacity.
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Budget controlling.
- Provide support in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for services.
- Provide support to Sales Management, assisting in sales-related activities such as proposal preparation with focus pricing and contract negotiation
- Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings / workshops with the internal teams as well as with customers.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with clients, vendors, and global service delivery teams.
- Continuous Service Improvement / Quality Management:
- Conduct regular” Customer Satisfaction Interviews” with the customers (at least once a year) and create a list of issues & service improvement measures.
- Manage documentation, including service plans, reports, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally.
- Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams „proactive customer-centric working style”.
- Incorporation of good self-organization is required.
- Autonomous working style.
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Power Point;
- University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting;
- 3+ years of relevant working experience ideally with experience in service/project management, preferably with a focus on global projects and services coordination.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail.
- Strong understanding budget controlling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English is required (speaking and writing).
