Working as Web Administrator maintaining and optimizing the company's e Commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting the company's digital growth.

key Accountabilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's e Commerce platform.
• Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot web analytics tags and pixels to ensure accurate data collection.
• Develop and manage event tracking on the website to gain insights into user interactions and site performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to optimize the website for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
• Generate and present detailed reports on web performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

knowledge , Skills , Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related.
• 3-5 years of experience in web administration, e Commerce platform management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with web analytics tags and pixel setup and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of e Commerce platforms and website management.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
