Job Description
- Assist with processing a high volume of shareholder withdrawal paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Handle walk-in shareholders with excellent conversational skills, providing assistance and answering queries.
- Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum A levels or Diploma from any discipline
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with shareholders.
- Proficiency in using various IT tools and software applications.
- Ability to work from the office (WFO) 5 days a week.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
