Channel Business Development Manager, Greater Asia

The candidate, who has both strong sales and business management skills, with experience in the services and contractual space, would be based in a global organization, but responsible for a set of partners / countries.
The role includes understanding, driving and achieving / over-achieving sales targets and, as part of the Greater Asia (GA) market organization, the execution of centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote channel business, as well as analyzing market environment and challenges, and consolidating market requests and help needed. Responsibility also includes establishing the right business governance with the partner landscape and be an influencer of GA’s business, functional and operational needs effectively with Worldwide (WW) Organizations. This role will be the voice of Greater Asia market.
Scope of the role is HP’s Office Printing Products, Services and Solutions across devices, lifecycle services, managed print services and Print Software, sales to indirect channels. The ability to work collaboratively and a team player is a MUST.
This role is ideal for people who want to be part of the emerging HP business area for the future and drive its growth and development.
What a Channel Business Development Manager for Indirect Managed Print Services (Greater Asia) does at HP:
- Sales goals achievement / over-achievement
- Partner business planning
- Articulate value proposition to local channel sales and partners
- Strategy, programs, tools implementation and execution
- Data analysis to find opportunities and challenges with existing and new partners

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field(s).
- Minimum 10 years' of relevant experience.

- Reporting & structured thinking
- Presentation skills Business / sales experience in Services and / or contractual field Languages as per sales region responsibility
