Civil Engineer

- Project management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for civil works
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software (Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of hydrology and stormwater management
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA
- Extensive experience in road construction (3 years+)
- Familiarity with South African standards: Knowledge of SANS (South African National Standards) and local municipal requirements.
- Professional Registration: Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., ECSA, SACNASP, SACPCMP) to practice legally and ensure adherence to professional standards.
- Experience in similar projects: Prior involvement in road construction projects within South Africa to understand local conditions and challenges.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
