Consumer Health Key Account Manager

IQVIA is looking for talented and passionate applicants at a Key Account Manager level to join our Consumer Health Commercial Sales Team in South Africa.

Position: Consumer Health Key Account Manager
Location: South Africa – Gauteng preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
- Promote, recommend, and sell solutions, products, and services to Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical Clients.
- Act as a knowledgeable advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contract expansions.
- Collaborate with consulting services to coordinate the best solutions for clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, ideally in Senior Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Business Operations/Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the South African healthcare sector, specifically Consumer Health and OTC.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet client needs proactively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a passion for the self-care industry.
