We are pleased to invite you to apply for the Contact Centre Agent position at our Cape Town Head Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties, as set out below, is not limited to same, any reasonable request made by LAW for ALL or demands that the office might require will be the responsibility of the Contact Centre Agent to comply with and/or attend to)
✅Answer courteously inbound calls and respond to client inquiries;
✅Managing of mailboxes and making outbound calls where required;
✅Manage and update the client database with the status of each policy holder;
✅Build client loyalty by following up on client calls;
✅Evaluate problems of the policy holders and provide logical lasting solutions;
✅Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other administrative tasks;
✅Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients' expectations through proactive, innovative and
appropriate solutions;
✅Resolve all client queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines;
✅Ensure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments;
✅Ensure that all issues or feedback arising out of client contact be accurately recorded;
✅Following instructions given by superiors;
✅Assisting with legal administration;
✅Typing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12;
2 years’ working experience in a contact centre environment/customer service environment;
Must have qualities such as honesty and integrity;
Must be fully bilingual in two South African languages of which English should be one;
Must be fully computer-literate and have good communication and administration skills;
Be able to take initiative;
Excellent team player;
Ability to work without supervision;
Positive and motivated individual.
