Job Description:
Innovative Acquisitions International is looking for a motivated and talented Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Durban. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers
-
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
-
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
-
Proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services
-
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
-
Must be able to work in Durban, South Africa, and not available for remote working.
