Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:

Assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information

Processing sales orders and coordinating with the logistics team for delivery

Preparing sales reports and forecasts

Providing support in organizing sales events and promotions

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities

Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of sales principles and practices
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred
