Job Description:
Innovative Acquisitions International is looking for a motivated and talented Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Durban. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers
  
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services
  
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
  
• Must be able to work in Durban, South Africa, and not available for remote working.
