Key Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience (HR in the Security Sector).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and verbal.
- Fluency in the Afrikaans language is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of POPIA principles.
- Excellent communication and teambuilding / team management skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working efficiently both independently and in a team.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proactive, organized, able to take initiative and to effectively fulfil assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- Relevant experience, as above.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external and internal HR and Legal Consultants and group stakeholders about HR and employment matters.
- Monitor / maintain HR records, logs and protocols.
- Manage / monitor employees’ leaves and supply employees with confirmation letters, as may be required.
- Ensure compliance with the internal procedures and policies.
- Coordinate for payroll to ensure accuracy of data.
- Ad hoc tasks, as assigned.
