The Role, Mid-Level Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Software Engineer with a primary focus on React to join our innovative team. To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience with React and a strong understanding of Java Script.

This is a front-end-centric position, with opportunities to contribute to the full stack as a bonus, depending on your experience. As a valuable member of our team, you will collaborate on designing, developing, and optimizing the front end of our web applications. What You Bring:

• REQUIRED: MUST have hands-on experience with React and Strong understanding of Java Script
• Java Script and Framework Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Java Script (ES6+) and proven experience with React.
• State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries, particularly experience with Redux or Context API.
• Web Development Skills: Experience building responsive and accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Java Script.
• Component Design & Reusability: Demonstrated experience in creating modular, reusable React components.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.

Bonus Qualifications:
These are nice-to-have skills that can set you apart.

• API Integration: Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails.
• CI/CD and Dev Ops: Experience with CI/CD tools and an understanding of TDD principles.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing libraries like Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Cloud and Containerization: Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
