Role Overview: The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of network security technologies and protocols, combined with experience in Cisco, Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure network infrastructures, ensuring maximum protection against security breaches and attacks.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define security policies, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices.
• Regularly perform security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents and manage security solutions, including firewalls and security appliances.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, providing strategic recommendations to improve network security.

Key Certifications (Preferred):

• Cisco: CCNA, CCNP Security
• Sophos: Certified Engineer
• Fortinet: NSE4 or higher
• Palo Alto: PCNSA, PCNSE
• Check Point: CCSA, CCSE

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
• In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, firewall management, and security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with configuring and managing Cisco, Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point security devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and mitigate complex security challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
