Job purpose
The New Business Helpdesk consultant is responsible for the servicing of client’s needs and requirements. This includes the immediate resolution of enquiries and to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions as requested by the sales offices through their communication.
Key Outcomes
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the New Business Helpdesk Consultant (Life Team):
- Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients
- Communicate Business requirements clearly and accurately.
- Provide relevant information in an appropriate manner.

Communicate to role-players to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions as requested by the sales offices.
Qualifications and experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- One-year experience in finance or investment industry advantageous
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
