Offer Manager - Power Products - LV Systems

Your Mission:
We are looking for a highly skilled Offer Manager for Power Products in the low voltage (LV) System to assume full responsibility for LV system Offer Management in SADC. This mid-level leadership role will report to the BU Leader Power Products and encompass the SADC scope. Key collaborators include PAEs, Sales, GSC, and Prescription/Segment teams.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in LV Systems, solid commercial understanding, and a drive to foster business development and growth.

- Led auto transfer switches, LV systems, and LV Busway portfolios for the SADC Market.
- Managed product portfolio, including product strategy, positioning, road map, product launches, etc., to achieve profitable sales.
- Define GTM, including the development and certification of partner network, licensing, and contractual structure.
- Positioning and driving demand generation SE solutions for different market segment requirements, including Data Centers, Mining, CPG, E&C, Buildings, and the WWW.
- Act as the primary business interface advocate and decision-maker for product marketing strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and strategic plans to push products, solutions, and services.
- Elaborate on offer pricing strategy, monitor its implementation, and control the results.
- Work closely with the sales managers to achieve the strategic objectives.
- Create data-driven decision-making processes in product marketing (pricing, stock management, competition analysis).
- Deliver training and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Hold products' launch and products' withdrawal processes.
- Represent SE at industry work groups and standards bodies to further the engineering principles of safe, reliable, and sustainable electrical energy management.
- Work transversely to build competence amongst sales, CCC, GSC, Prescription and segment teams.
- Accountable for the SIOP process, top-line RF process, and GM forecasts.
What qualifications will make you successful in this role?
- Relevant technical qualification, e.g., BSc. Eng. or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Additional degree in Economics / Management / Marketing is highly appreciated.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing in the B2B field, strong knowledge in pricing and offer management, and business development skills.
- Familiarity with power distribution equipment/solutions (LV/MV) is desirable.
- Familiarity with the South African power distribution market is highly advantageous.
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving and often changing environment.
- Sound technical judgment.
- Accountable, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Passionate about emerging predictive and analytic technologies.
