Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements, objectives, and key results based on user needs and market research.
• Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and community building within the platform, leveraging user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Align social media product initiatives with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new features and improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and user-centric thinking within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of venture capital-backed early-stage startup product management experience (or related role).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience working with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery).
• Social Media company and/or platform product management experience preferred.
• Strong product instincts & passion for social media, technology, and staying current with industry trends.
• Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing to enhance the visibility of social media content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
