Position Summary:
This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience in property management, with the ambition to progress in a fast-growing industry. Stay Right is seeking a Remote Property Manager to work alongside our Operations team to ensure smooth operations of our serviced accommodation units. This role is crucial for maintaining safety, aesthetic quality, and guest satisfaction across our properties.
Position Overview:
As the Remote Property Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance, property quality, stock replacement, and property improvements. You will coordinate operations with both in-house and third-party teams, as well as maintain our storage unit's linen and replenishment supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating new property setups to ensure smooth transitions

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Inspection Management/Organisation: Conduct routine virtual property inspections and coordinate with local teams to resolve any maintenance or safety issues.
- Stock Replenishment Coordination: Ensure properties and storage units are adequately stocked by coordinating with local suppliers and arranging deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an updated inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment in the storage site. Flag when items need replenishment for efficient operations.
- Emergency Response: Provide support for emergency situations, coordinating remotely with the on-site team to ensure rapid resolution of guest or property issues.
- Documentation: Keep detailed digital records of all activities, including work performed, materials used, and any incurred expenses. Maintain up-to-date smoke and carbon monoxide detector records, reporting to the Operations Manager regularly.
- Previous experience in property management is required in majority of applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and technology for remote work.
- Physical fitness and willingness to travel occasionally for property inspections or deliveries (e.g., accepting deliveries of furniture).
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for on-site duties when required.
