As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Birdhaven is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Residential Estate Bookkeeper based at an Estate in Broad Acres, Johannesburg.
Requirements (but not limited to)

• Manage accounts payable and reconciliations
• Loading of supplier payments
• Experience in processing month end journals
• Reconciliation of various accounts including balance sheet accounts
• Support the annual audit process by providing documentation and resolving queries
• Ability to note minutes of meetings once a month
• Handling and resolving homeowner queries

Qualifications & experience

• Bookkeeping qualification
• 5 or more years’ experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Own transport
