Looking for an ambitious, very hard-working individual that is wanting to join a well-known brand & build up their experience as well as skill set. The role will be a sales person as well as marketing, full-time position with travelling involved. Must be computer literate, great time management skills & be able to meet deadlines & developed interpersonal skills. 3 years minimum experience required in sales role within tourism/hospitality industry or similar.

> Assist in executing the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan while helping to achieve year- over-year entrée count growth
> Driver new business into the business through relationship development & usage of the space for corporate functions, events, product hosting, & multiple usages of the restaurant space count growth
> Source and identify key partnerships in the market to achieve target goals & drive differentiated revenue into the business.
> Achieve & contribute to Sales & Marketing budget as well as brand calendar in cooperation with GM
>Source, book, and execute events that are profitable and ensuring repeat business
> Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to company procedures.
> Work in unison with the Sales & Marketing Manager to communicate a clear direction based on a sound understanding of the business, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
> Partner across all departments to support the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to deliver all products and services to Hard Rock’s brand standards.
>Presentation of professional image to guests, clients, media, partners and potential business. Foster an environment of customer advocacy in which all team members put the guest first in every situation.
> Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to be responsive and hospitable to guest feedback from all sources, including social media and email. Exceed costumers and guests expectations by planning and executing memorable, high quality events.
> Engage with guests on direct/ personal meeting, trade shows, via phone/ mail, and Social Media channels.
> Demonstrate a full knowledge and complete understanding about the benefits of all Social Media channels available to you.
> Fully conversant with these systems and be able to engage guests through them. Clearly communicate with all departments in order to fulfill and exceed guests/ clients expectations.
> Support staff development and advancement along well-defined career paths. Team player to complete the required activities to ensure we exceed our guest expectations.
> Possess a self-motivated approach to his/her own personal and professional growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
