MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- · A relevant full qualification with at least a NQF level 5 value (Higher Certificate) plus 1 year relevant experience OR a full qualification with a NQF level 4 ( Matric/ Grade 12) with at least 2 years relevant experience.
STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS
- Matric/Grade 12 with Accounting/ Math as a subject
- Record Holiday Resort Accommodation income
- Record non-membership revenue
- Update cashbook with transactions
- Control petty cash
- Provide cashier services at the Head Office
- Control outstanding and unknown deposits
- Selling of corporate clothing
- Stock management
- General Administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of VIP Premier Payroll and Job Costing Module
- Knowledge of related Legislation and payroll administration.
- Skills – Compliant with MS Word and Excel software
- Other skills mandatory to this position– excellent accuracy, figure orientated, accounting, analytical, good communication, organising skills and ability to work under pressure.
