- *Multi-Unit Management:*
Oversee the operations of your store with the long-term goal of managing multiple locations as we expand.
- *New Store Openings:*
Lead the planning, staffing, and setup of new store openings, ensuring seamless launches in new areas and countries. You should be able to travel and spend long periods away from home.
- *Leadership & Development:*
Train and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
- *Sales & Growth Focus:*
Drive sales at our first location in the Fourways area, implement strategies to attract customers, and maintain strong store performance across the board.
- *Operational Efficiency:*
Maintain high standards for food quality, health and safety, and customer service across all locations under your management.
- *Numbers & KPIs:*
Manage financials including budgeting, P&L, stock, and inventory, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- *Brand Growth:*
Stay current with social media and street food trends to ensure Cluck! remains a must-visit destination.
