About the Job
Join our dynamic team at Sefar as an Administrator - Finance, HR & Admin in South Korea! This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial, human resources, and administrative functions.
Your Role
As an Administrator - Finance, HR & Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial, HR, and administrative activities within our organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective execution of these functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.
Your Tasks
  • Keeping of the full set of Financial Accounts
  • Management of Account Receivable and Account Payable, Inventories
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and Annual Statutory Financial Audit
  • General Administration and Human Resource Management
  • Develop internal controls and policies
  • Assist the Directors in the operation of the Company
Your Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor degree in Finance and/or accounting
  • Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Operations
  • Be able to demonstrate fluency in English
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate information in a clear, concise manner
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, employee administration, etc.)
