About the Role:
The role is aimed to reach sales targets of the assigned channel, developing the business with the distributor with a profitable P&L, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating with distributor for a joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Propose solid strategic plan yearly / 3 years business plan including brand and channel development action plans
  • Influence and lead distributor to plan and implement yearly promotional strategy
  • Propose a sales budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) by brands / actives / accounts and in alignment with distributor (E-commerce team)
  • Share and align E-Key Accounts volumes and trade spending budgets with Global strategic business development e-commerce team
  • Monitor sales targets achievement on a monthly bases and propose the revision where necessary (volumes, profits), influence distributor to meet the target
  • Monitor P&L and provide relevant analysis, forecast promotional SKU quantities together with distributor
  • Share progress / new initiatives / plan during various E-com meeting platform (global & regional)
  • Analyze current customer performance and define future business opportunities
  • Defines customer-specific goals and strategy. Develop SWOT analyses & performance reviews by customer
  • Work with distributor to define action plan by customers and monitor its progress
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop necessary promotional items by accounts that includes (packaging, brand assets)
  • Keep trade spending within the guidelines established by the Ferrero Commercial Policy
  • Tie trade spending to specific business-driving activities (promotions, second placements, etc.), approve payments
  • Analyses trade spending and ensures the best ROI, respect and improve the P&L by customer
  • Clearly communicate to distributor the agreements to be reached with customers and the action plan (promotions, etc.) to be deployed on the market
  • Monitor the actual deployment of actions, follow up and coordinate with necessary teams (Marketing / TM) to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies
  • Monitor sales, stocks and building blocks KPIs for the customers assigned
  • Maintain the assigned assortment through on time listing and code opening
  • Collect and analyze E-key account performances and market trends
  • Prepare internal reports for data sharing (scan data, project evaluations, promotions ROI, etc)
Who we are looking for:
  • University degree
  • Commercial experience and proven track record in sales / key account management in FMCG industry, EC channel
  • Distributor management experience, e-key accounts knowledge and management skills
  • KPIs management with the proven ability of processes optimization
  • Strong business acumen, high orientation to detail, high analytical capabilities, negotiation skills and result orientation
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management and high adaptability to changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and multiple stakeholders, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactivity, dynamism, responsibility and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, SAP proficiency is of a plus
  • Fluency in English and Korean, spoken and written
