TDI – L1 Production Support - NCT

Your key responsibilities:

• The support staff is responsible for day-to-day smooth operation of local infrastructure systems and providing support and should have the ability to interact with end users/local & regional teams.
  
• Primary support of End user IT environment
  
• Level 1 support of local infrastructure systems in Production/DR Data Center, and Production/BRS office.
  
• Day-to-day local system health check and operations monitoring.
  
• Install/Change/Removal of local infrastructure systems and local applications.
  
• Standalone PC management
  
• Change/Incident/Problem/Capacity Management for local infrastructure.
  
• Technology Roadmap compliance monitoring and support
  
• Coordinate with local/global teams for any project initiatives.
  

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of L1 production support related experience
  
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, M365, Network
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibilities
  
• Capability to cope with various requests made by Business.
  
• Strong written and spoken Korean and English communication skills
