Job Title: Native English Teacher (Kindergarten & Elementary)
Location: Seodaemun, Seoul (서대문, 서울)
Start Date: Early March 2025
Teaching Schedule: Monday to Friday
Contract : One Year
School Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten and Elementary School Students
Salary: 2.5 Million KRW per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Vacation Days: 11 working days plus national holidays
Housing: Furnished one-room housing or housing allowance

You'll be responsible for creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and working with other staff to support student development.
Responsibilities:

• Teach English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Develop and implement lesson plans
• Assess student progress through quizzes and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance students’ learning
• Foster a positive and creative learning environment
• Use diverse teaching methods and technology to engage students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents for student growth
• Attend workshops and professional development sessions
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Experience with educational technology is a plus
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and parents
• Creativity in teaching methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Notarized and Apostilled)
• TESOL/TEFL Certification
• Prior teaching experience (ESL/EFL preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Apostilled National Background Check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2.5M KRW/month (Negotiable)
