Job Type: Full-time
Shift Details: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: Up to €20,400 annually + Performance bonus of €2,160 yearly after month 8, with relocation benefits
Overview:
Join our team in Malaga as a Danish or Norwegian-speaking Customer Representative. Be the voice of our customer service, delivering top-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Main Tasks:
- Provide information and support to customers via telephone and email.
- Accept and process customer orders, making necessary changes as required.
- Inform customers about services, prices, and purchase options.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions and advice.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Draft, edit, and process correspondence and other documents.
- Work efficiently with computer programs and other office equipment.
- Perform tasks to meet and exceed customer service and sales objectives.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails on behalf of the organization.
- Deliver professional and timely responses to maximize sales and performance.
- Work collaboratively with a team to exceed performance targets.
- Participate in training and continuous development initiatives.
- Utilize call center systems proficiently to perform at high standards.
- Consistently improve language skills and report any developmental needs.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to daily schedules.
- Minimum secondary education; higher education preferred.
- Fluent in Danish or Norwegian, with a good command of English.
- Strong telephone communication and listening skills.
- Excellent writing and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
