Your team

The Technology & Operations (T&O) division is responsible for designing and integrating a variety of software applications. These range from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. This division is pivotal in driving the Group's key innovations while maintaining business operations and advancing custodian and fund administration services.
As a member of the Access Rights Management team, your role will be to manage access rights toapplications and ensure compliance with the security rules in force in the field of IT security. You will alsocontribute to the maintenance and development of our technology tools. This role requires a proactive andinnovative approach, always adhering to the highest quality standards.

Your role

• Processing application access requests and ensuring compliance with the standards specified by the Bank.
• Providing appropriate service support for the applications we manage, working efficiently with the differentteams involved.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement through new technologies, with a view to adapting the tools and/orprocesses used.
• Contributing to new projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards as part of our continuousimprovement process.
• Helping to establish and develop of business roles.

Your profile

• An advanced professional technical degree (HES/ETS) or equivalent qualification.
• One to three years' experience in information security, specifically in access rights management(experience in a banking environment is preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of role-based access management (RBAC/ABAC).
• Ability to set and enforce standards, and to ensure compliance by others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) would be a plus.
• Fluent French, good written and spoken English.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
