Position Summary


As a Communication Partner for Legal & Compliance, you will be driving the internal communications efforts for Legal and Compliance in alignment with our Global Communications Strategy. In this role you will closely collaborate with the Head of Functional Excellence & Legal Operations to develop communications plans, deploy internal campaigns and bring visually compelling communications to life.

A Day in the Life of a Communications Partner for Legal & Compliance

• Develop and deploy the yearly internal communications plan and establish metrics to evaluate the impact of our activities.
• Manage the communication efforts for the Global General Counsel (Executive Board Member), crafting impactful executive communication to fellow executives and external stakeholders
• Drive the digitalization of internal communication and develop clear guidelines for efficient and engaging communication.
• Enable the creative execution of visually compelling communication such as videos, animations, posts and GIFs
• Plan and execute key events such as Webcasts, Townhalls, and Legal & Compliance Awards both in physical and hybrid settings

What will make you successful

• Experience in internal and/or external communication in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of communication tools, techniques, and assets.
• Experience in event and community management, knowledge of online and offline tools.
• Video editing skills, Canva experience is a plus
• Excellent writing and editorial skills
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent language skills in English, other languages are a plus
