- Handle complaints from medical practices, clinics, and hospitals
- Manage problematic cases and modify files
- Record requests for couriers and home sample collections
- Handle requests for invoice modifications
- Comfortable with computer tools and quick to use them
- Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression
- German or French, other national languages desired.
- Ease on the phone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and active listening
- Autonomy and initiative, strong team spirit
- Ability to handle stress
