Project: We are looking for a Dev Ops application developer for our customer based in Bern. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, testing and operation of software solutions, with a focus on the optimization of logistics processes and the automation of business processes. Together with a small Dev Ops team, you will work on specialized applications in the field of business informatics, especially for logistics and the media and advertising market.
Tasks:

• Optimization of logistics processes, address management products and campaign management.
• Supporting product and customer management through data analysis and the evaluation of various data sources.
• Automation of data preparation as well as evaluation, billing and campaign processes.
• Function as an interface between IT and the product owners of various departments and organizational units.
• Collaboration in projects to address complex issues together with a specialist
• and business to develop innovative solutions.
• Supporting the product owner with business analysis and requirements engineering.

Requirements:

• Completed computer science apprenticeship with a focus on application development or a computer science degree (university of applied sciences or equivalent)
• Solid knowledge of application development with Microsoft .NET (C#, WPF, ASP.NET), Java, web services and database systems such as MSSQL and Postgre SQL.
• Additional experience in Python, Angular, Kafka, Team City and Jenkins is an advantage.
• Cloud know-how in AWS/Azure, Terraform and Docker round off the technical profile.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and practices such as clean code and test-driven development, and willingness to continuously learn.
• Independent and self-responsible working style as well as the ability to deal intensively with business requirements.
