Project: We are looking for a Microsoft System Engineering – Dev Ops Engineer for our customer based in Bern. The role includes engineering and project work in the area of ​​Hybrid Identity, with a focus on the operation and continuous development of the Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
Tasks:

• Participation in engineering and project tasks in the area of ​​hybrid identity.
• Operation and further development of the Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID landscape.
• Effective collaboration within a team, although the ability to work independently is also required when necessary.
• Implementation and optimization of scripting and automation processes.
• Working according to agile principles (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Requirements:

• Training or further education in the field of IT.
• Relevant certifications and several years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience in scripting and automation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work outside of regular office hours.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
