This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team. Your technical flair and market knowledge will help you to advise our customers. With our sales team, you will answer our customers' questions about drive technology, and design drive systems. The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Advising customers and interested parties on all aspects of drive technology as well as dimensioning of simple and complex drive systems • Preparing and calculating quotations and delivering technical documentation • Following up offers and projects with successful completion in cooperation with the sales consultants • Supporting the order processing team in technical matters and handling possible complaintsQualifications for the role
- Technical apprenticeship (e.g. automation technician, mechanic, electronics technician, electrician)
- Further commercial training or experience is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of industrial drive technology (converters and motors) is a plus
- High customer orientation and good communication skills
- Business fluent in German, French or English is a plus
- High self-motivation, initiative, and independence
