THE POSITION
For the SAP Department’s Centre of Excellence (Co E) team located at the MSC headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland, we are looking for a permanent position for SAP Financial Consolidation Specialist, who will be responsible for the configuration & support of the SAP Financial Consolidation solution to meet the business requirements of MSC and its agencies worldwide.
This role requires strong analytical skills, consolidation knowledge, SAP solution expertise in the Finance & Consolidation, integration with other SAP modules and interfaces, to effectively support and enhance the system.

YOUR IMPACT
As SAP Financial Consolidation Specialist you will:

• Work closely with the business and end users for changes to functional requirements.
• Maintain SAP FC, FIM and DM: master data, rules, data entry packages, reports, integration activities ie interface from accounting systems, outbound interface, new user account creation/ changes, role management, business rules, to identify and resolve defects, upgrades, audits.
• Coordinate system administrator for upgrades, technical testing etc.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting process.
• Gather technical requirements, support to resolve defects and issues in the group financial reports, Statutory, Regulatory and Management reporting.
• Testing: lead user testing and non-regression tests as applicable.
• Documentation, process flow, functional specification, configurations, user guides etc.
• Adopt the support procedures including resolving incidents and service requests related to financial consolidation, documenting changes, testing and configurations associated with it.
• Participate to new implementation project (tax reporting, sub-group integration…).

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Relevant University Degree.
• 4+ year of experience in SAP Financial consolidation.
• At least 2 projects in SAP Financial Consolidation.
• Knowledge of IFRS Standards for Consolidation.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and other CPM is a plus.
• Comfortable working with senior management and, local and central business users.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under strict deadlines.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize work, promptly deliver solutions and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels ensuring customer satisfaction and process orientation.
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision, self- motivated and quick learner taking initiative to lead solutions.
• Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to communicate with various teams and enrich knowledge sharing.
• Analytically minded and methodical problem- solving capabilities.
• Strong written and communication skills in English language. French would be an added advantage.
