Role Description:
- The BSM role is a high value customer facing role with a blend of technical and business process knowledge. The BSM has a focus on a specific domain or area (LOG, S&S, FICO) within a delivery center or service.
- Assist customer teams in achieving Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP investments.
- BSM facilitates his SAP area from customer business process view and Atos portfolios to enhance the customers’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The BSM will liaise closely with the customers’ application user communities, Atos process managers, Atos external Change Managers and will provide advice and guidance to the onsite and offshore delivery teams.

Governance:
- Acts as main external/internal communication channel for within respective SAP domain and cross domains where required; leads delivery for a functional area and/or related T&M services.
- Responsible for functional customer interaction (e.g. demand management, change request definitions, CAB participation, customer workshops etc.)
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the SDM towards services in his area.
- Responsible for the allocation of work, quality, and costs (for own resources as well as for GDC and third-party services)
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all customer SLAs and associated KPIs within his area in quality, time and budget and establishment of needed corrective/preventive actions.
- Owns major incidents and problems within his domain.
- Accountable for L2 Escalation Management and alignment with respective T3 Manager.
- Responsible for claim Management towards the customer and third-party suppliers.
Quality & Growth:
- Maintenance of defined knowledge database while assuring operational teams are storing, updating, and using the known error records.
- Maintenance of the capacity / resource planning for his customer on a weekly base.
- Is fully responsible for CSI lifecycle within respective domain. (service improvements, up- and cross-selling, change requests and projects within their area of expertise)
- Initiate and contribute to customer and Atos global CSI initiatives and provide bottom-up feedback to SAP Leadership Team.
- Coordination of transition topics in alliance with the customer.
- Responsible for the identification of topics which could be transferred to global. GDC’s/RDCs/Co Es
- Improve customer satisfaction.
