What you’ll do

We are looking for a Central Site Acquisition Sharing Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing environment. • In this expert role within the L&R department, specifically as part of the Site Sharing team, you will be crucial in managing site sharing initiatives. As an expert, you will handle relationships and negotiations with other stakeholders, ensuring that site sharing arrangements are effectively executed and align with organizational goals in L&R.
• You will oversee the site sharing contracting process, managing negotiations and finalizing agreements to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
• A major aspect of your role involves developing and implementing subleasing strategies to maximize the financial profitability of site sharing. This includes evaluating site performance, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement, and ensuring that strategies positively contribute to the organization’s financial targets.
• You will work closely with financial teams to develop and monitor budgets for site sharing rental OPEX initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and addressing any financial challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data related to site sharing is fundamental. You will also prepare essential reports that provide insights and support decision-making.
• Additionally, you will take the initiative to identify and implement improvements in site sharing processes and strategies, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency as a part of L&R Department.
• Collaboration with Legal, Finance, and operational teams will be vital for the smooth execution of site sharing strategies and achieving organizational objectives.

Who you are

• You have substantial experience managing site sharing processes as part of the Site Sharing team within the L&R department. You are adept at handling contracts and negotiations with other stakeholders effectively. As an expert, you excel in building and maintaining these crucial relationships.
• You are skilled in developing and implementing subleasing strategies with a strong focus on maximizing financial profitability. Your expertise includes analyzing site performance and creating strategies that enhance revenue and decrease OPEX cost.
• With a solid background in budget management, you work closely with financial teams to develop and oversee budgets for site sharing initiatives. Your focus on cost-effectiveness and proactive problem-solving ensures financial objectives are met.
• You have a strong ability to maintain accurate data and prepare essential reports that support decision-making. Your proactive approach to improving site sharing processes will contribute to overall operational success.
• In summary, you are an expert in site sharing management, subleasing strategies, budget oversight, and data accuracy. Your role as the SPOC for Site Sharing and your proactive nature will be crucial for the success of site sharing initiatives and the performance of the L&R department.
