Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator at Dent Spa. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes scheduling appointments, coordinating with the dental team, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. You will also handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing inventory, and providing customer support.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer software, including MS Office
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role in Medical Tourism is a plus
- Knowledge of oral healthcare procedures and terminology is a bonus
- Fluency in English, Turkish and Arabic
