- Implement and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead, contact, and sales order data.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Develop and enforce data entry standards.
- Zoho Support:
- Oversee the team's response to Zoho chat inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Product teams, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven success in managing social media campaigns and expanding brand presence on major platforms and Data.
Skills:
- Proficiency in content creation with strong writing and visual storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker passionate about social media and digital marketing.
- Zoho system
