To contribute to our success story, we’re now looking for a Restaurant Manager for Günaydın Uzbekistan with solid experience in F&B business.


What Will You Achieve?

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory, and customer service in Uzbekistan
• Ensure a high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Handle costumer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Full P&L and brand performance responsibility in that country

Who Are You?

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in a Turkish Cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• You can efficiently use MS Office Programs
• You hold BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)
• Proficiency in English, Russian as a plus
• You have ideally 3-5 years of operation experience in global
• Resourceful, agile, collaborative professional who has the ability to work autonomously as well as a part of team
• Able to travel nationwide or internationally when necessary
