Position: Sales Technologies Management Trainee (MT)
Department: Business Development
Reports to: Sales Technologies Manager
Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Job Description:

At Pernod Ricard Turkey, we are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Business Development department and report directly to the Sales Technologies Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly created position where the Sales Technologies MT will contribute to the digitalization and technological infrastructure of our sales processes. As a Sales Technologies MT, you will actively participate in key projects aimed at improving sales processes and work closely with various teams to gain valuable experience on your path to becoming a future leader in sales technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in and manage digital projects related to the company’s sales processes.
Contribute to the integration of technological tools such as CRM, sales data management, and automation.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales technologies and propose improvements.
Perform performance analysis using sales reporting systems and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Collaborate with Business Development and IT teams to understand the technology needs of business units and develop appropriate solutions.
Support the improvement of operational processes by working closely with teams on digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with CRM or data analysis software is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
A team player with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Interest in technology and a desire to develop in digital projects.
Experience in FMCG or technology-related projects (internships or short-term projects included) is a plus.
