Job Description:
At Pernod Ricard Turkey, we are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Business Development department and report directly to the Sales Technologies Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly created position where the Sales Technologies MT will contribute to the digitalization and technological infrastructure of our sales processes. As a Sales Technologies MT, you will actively participate in key projects aimed at improving sales processes and work closely with various teams to gain valuable experience on your path to becoming a future leader in sales technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in and manage digital projects related to the company’s sales processes.
- Contribute to the integration of technological tools such as CRM, sales data management, and automation.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales technologies and propose improvements.
- Perform performance analysis using sales reporting systems and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with Business Development and IT teams to understand the technology needs of business units and develop appropriate solutions.
- Support the improvement of operational processes by working closely with teams on digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with CRM or data analysis software is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Interest in technology and a desire to develop in digital projects.
- Experience in FMCG or technology-related projects (internships or short-term projects included) is a plus.
