• Participate in and manage digital projects related to the company’s sales processes.
• Contribute to the integration of technological tools such as CRM, sales data management, and automation.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales technologies and propose improvements.
• Perform performance analysis using sales reporting systems and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development and IT teams to understand the technology needs of business units and develop appropriate solutions.
• Support the improvement of operational processes by working closely with teams on digital transformation projects.

• Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with CRM or data analysis software is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Interest in technology and a desire to develop in digital projects.
• Experience in FMCG or technology-related projects (internships or short-term projects included) is a plus.
