We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and management, contributing to the efficient operation of our organization.
What you will be doing
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Providing support to Regulatory Team regarding Ministry of Health and Ethics Committee
- Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Providing administrative support for special projects, uploading documents to ICON/ Sponsor/ Mo H/ Ethics Committees systems.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, supporting management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
