How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

• 
  Bachelor's degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any equal to education,
• Minimum 8+ years of solution analysis/design/development/engineering experience, 4+ years of working experience in Salesforce Management and Lead Management related projects. Further, the candidate should have at least 2+ years telecom experience.
• Deep understanding of interrelated enterprise application and integration (such as ESB & API GW, Microservices etc.).
• Know-how and experience on software architecture, design and development technologies.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into the productized solution fully integrated into the enterprise.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of technical analysis and design patterns
• In depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, disciplined agile delivery and lean development
• Having experience in high scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation
• Having experience in creating\reviewing design documents such as CRD, HLD, LLD
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Should have communication skills sufficient to be able to work in a team of international diversity.
• Customer focused, dependable solution oriented, hardworking, team focused
• Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
• Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Very good level of English proficiency
